Answer the questionnaire (on website or via email). I'll ask about your habits, goals, problems and history. Give as much detail as possible (I may ask clarifying questions)
RECEIVE MY PROPOSAL
I'll analyse your responses and send a proposal with suggestions on how best to achieve your goals. This might include in-person or video training, remote coaching, and/or nutrition coaching.
We agree on a way forward and I set you up on my coaching software which will send you your workouts with demonstration videos, and tracks your progress.
My nutrition plans are shared via email.
