My 6 week mind and body course is a specific programme that combines physiological exercise and therapy. It aims to delve into your childhood to identify and manage destructive patterns across your thoughts, emotions and behaviours, while also training your body 

 

We offer a holistic approach to mind and body wellness. Our services include exercise, physiologial health, mental health, emotional health, therapy, counselling and trauma healing. We will help you to gain insight into your family of origin, behavioural patterns, emotions, thoughts and physical well being. Through our services, you will be able to create new positive habits and gain a sense of balance and control in your life.
