I'm a qualified counsellor and psychotherapist based in Hong Kong, available for in-person, phone and online sessions. I'm a solutions focused therapist that aims to minimise symptoms and treat the root cause of the issue. We are looking for balance, symmetry if you will, in all aspects of your life. 

Who I work with

I provide individual therapy to adults and teenagers as well as couples counselling. I dispense treatment support for body dysmorphia disorder and obsessive compulsive disorder. I also treat interpersonal & relationship issues, break ups, dead bedrooms, insecure attachment, family of origin issues, low self esteem, people pleasing and assertiveness training, body image, anxiety and depression.

Psychotherapy involves looking at deep-seated internal issues that affect your present day life. This can manifest in your current thoughts, emotions, behaviours and/or other internal psychological problems. These issues usually originate from childhood experiences and/or trauma. An example of this is an attachment wound that was developed in childhood but affects your current ability to have a healthy intimate relationship. 


Counselling assists with a specific issue or situation that you are presently facing, for example issues at work or grief.

I'll help you identify negative thoughts, emotions, behaviours and patterns and give you the tools to manage them. 

I'll help you dive deep into your upbringing and childhood to understand the origin of your patterns, and how to overcome them.

I'll assist with identifying how dysfunctional thoughts and behaviours are interfering with your daily functioning and self esteem, and create a plan with you on how to live your life and build that self esteem.

I'll help you and your partner reconnect by deepening your understanding of each other, giving you the tools to communicate clearly, fairly and respectfully, and to re-establish new rituals of connection. 

Each client requires a different method of treatment and management, which can range across the full spectrum of cognitive-behavioural therapy, behavioural therapy, family systems, narrative therapy and acceptance and commitment therapy.
